Default This might seem odd, but....

There are skills that I have always wanted to learn, and I believe I can find classes for them relatively inexpensively. These are skills that can be used either as hobbies or could be the foundation for a small business. Things like upholstery, aesthetician training, and working in caly or other artistic media, have been things I have always been drawn to.

Can someone use programs traditionally used in saving for college education for young people, also be used to build funds for transitional education goals?

This is an interesting question and my response really is I'm not sure. I know for instance that section 529 plans can be used at qualifiying vocational schools. If you know the school(s) you might be looking at, I'm sure we could help research it for you.
