Best organization for disabled/Retired

I am 47 and disabled. I run a couple of businesses as sole proprietorships and have a corporation too.

If I show income, I could loose my benefits which are va compensation due to injury in the military and social security disability. I only make around $50K/yr non-taxable.

Is it best to run everything through the corporation or how could I "pay myself" without showing wages or the ability to work?
